LAS VEGAS -- A touching moment was captured at McCarran International Airport.

The lead mechanic for American Airlines and US Airways in Las Vegas is being called hero for helping one of our country's heroes.

Mechanic Keith Duffner says he was just doing his job. Normally he fixes planes, but on this particular occasion he was called into a McCarran terminal to help a Navy bomb specialist.

Taylor Morris lost both his arms and legs after stepping on an improvised explosive device in Afghanistan in 2012.

The Iowa native was in Las Vegas waiting for a flight when he twisted his prosthetic leg out of place. The special wrench he uses was in his checked luggage.

Duffner heard about the situation and used a similar-style wrench to put the crooked knee back into place.

He even saluted him before the work.
