LAS VEGAS — Federal agents raided a southeast Las Vegas home owned by a hip-hop figure in what authorities are calling an ongoing investigation.

No arrests were made.

FBI spokeswoman Bridget Pappas confirmed Monday that the agency served a search warrant about 6 a.m. at a home on Oquendo Road near Mountain Vista Street and Russell Road.

Records show the property is owned by music figure Jamal "Mally Mall" Rashid.

An email message for Rashid on a website promoting his music wasn't immediately returned.

Rashid is best known for his work with big name artists, including Drake, Wiz Khalifa and Justin Bieber. He is currently starring in the reality TV show "Love and Hip-Hop Hollywood."

According to Clark County, Mall has permits to own exotic animals. Neighbors say he has two wild cats. He gave them a letter that states his animals are domesticated and tamed and the animals were monitored 24 hours a day.

FBI agents also raided a local escort business, where Mally Mall is listed as a manager.

VS1 Concierge promises, "the girlfriend of your dreams" and a guarantee "to bring girls to your hotel room."

Agents declined to tell 8 News NOW why the business was raided.

"We're gathering evidence. Unfortunately the investigation is on going and I cannot comment about the specifics of the investigation at this time," FBI Special Agent Joseph Dickey said.

Pappas says records leading to the raid are sealed.

Neighbors told 8 News NOW they would see a string of women coming and going from Rashid's home.

“Limos coming and going a lot, early in the morning they'll have limos. I mean 6 in the morning they'll have a limo, girls that come in," neighbor Charlie Christy said.

8 News NOW tried reaching out to Rashid regarding his business endeavors and the investigation at his home and business. His mailbox was full.

We took a closer look at his past and found he is listed as the manager of 18 businesses many are local entertainment and music production based. Most were listed as closed or did not have working websites and phone numbers.

Mally Mall is also listed as the manager of Hippo Esthetics, a store selling hip-hop clothes and apparel. 8 News NOW looked into Rashid's role in the businesses. We went to both Las Vegas locations, both were closed and phone numbers were not working.

Mally Mall sent out this tweet to fans, saying in part, “currently I'm not sure what's going on, but stay positive, truth will reveal."

It wasn't clear if he had a lawyer.
