The National Finals Rodeo brings in thousands of rodeo lovers who are ready to spend money.

Cowboy Christmas is one gift show that offers fans a place to shop for unique gifts. The gift show is expected to attract 140,000 people. It features 400 vendors, selling everything from clothes to saddles and high-end furniture to art work.

“It is nice. Everything is great. Anything you want to see you can see it,” shopper Kevin Colvard said.

“We always save money all year long just for this show and this year we are doing baby shopping,” added shopper Amanda Plehn.

Artist Bradford Williams is selling his work at the show. He says he never misses a chance to show off his stuff in Las Vegas.

“We've done really well. It seems like the higher end and larger and more expensive items are the ones that have been selling, and those are the ones keeping us floating,” Williams said.

Some of Williams’ bronze art goes for as much as $200,000. That is stretching it for most, but vendors aren't worried about people keeping their wallets closed this week.

“Everybody keeps talking about the economy. It is Christmas time. We are in Las Vegas. People want to come have fun, see something shiny and bright and buy something to make them feel great,” vendor Lorinda van Newkirk said.

The Cowboy Christmas show is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day at the Las Vegas Convention Center until December 10. Entrance to the show is free and open to the public.
