Flip a Cell Phone for UNLV Hoops Tickets

Donating an old cell phone can net you two free tickets to Saturday night’s UNLV basketball game against New Mexico.

Through Thursday and while supplies last, fans who recycle a no-longer-used wireless phone through HopeLine from Verizon at any of the participating Verizon Wireless stores in metro Las Vegas will receive a pair of tickets to the Runnin’ Rebels game versus New Mexico. Official rules available in participating stores or online at www.verizoninsider.com/lasvegas.

Since the launch of the recycling program in 2001, Verizon Wireless has collected more than 8 million phones, awarded more than $10 million in cash grants to domestic violence agencies and organizations across the country and distributed more than 106,000 phones with more than 319 million minutes of free wireless service to be used by victims and survivors of domestic violence.

Equipment can be donated to the HopeLine program year-round at any Verizon Wireless Communications Store across the country or through the mail by downloading a postage-paid label at www.verizonwireless.com/hopelinemailinglabel.  For more information, please visit www.verizonwireless.com/hopeline.
